This ambitious project concerns the redevelopment of the back port of Ostend. It participates to the incredible rejuvenation of this famous seaside town with the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

Baelskaai is being developed along the water and around an exceptional urban and public park and will convert these ancient docks into the most hip area. It will comprise more than 1.000 residential units when fully completed, benefiting of a unique architecture. The general concept has been designed by Buur architects.

Building a future oasis for residents

After the incredible success of the 4 first phases (Baelskaai 14, 20, 21 and 25 totally more than 160 luxury flats), the construction of the Central Park Tower (104 flats) will redefine the skyline of the project and of the city.

This exceptional tower designed by Archi 2000 will offer breath-taking views on the sea and on the city, together with exceptional amenities, as a private fitness and a magnificent swimming pool. The delivery is planned in 2023. The 6th phase – Park View designed by AWG Architecten – will offer respectively 30 flats answering to the most demanding needs. The delivery is also planned for 2023. The 7th phase – the Arcade building designed by AWG Architecten – will offer 34 luxury flats to be delivered in 2024.

Because of its location and distinct characteristics, this new destination at the Belgian Coast will become a new, colourful and lively part of the city which is already known for its diversity of typologies, adding a vibrant new environment.

Each terraced apartment offers an unobstructed view of the green interior, the port, the city of Ostend and the sea. The ground floor consists of three large commercial spaces overlooking the quay. During construction, special attention was paid to the design of each apartment to ensure even the smallest of details contributed to an enjoyable living experience and each apartment made full use of the space within.
