A greener construction process

This former office site, located between Avenue de Tervueren and Rue Saint-Michel, is being rehabilitated and rejuvenated in partnership with BPI Real Estate Belgium and Belfius Immo.

The building team comprises notably the architects studio Assar, the technical engineer Boydens and the structural engineer Ellyps.

The durability approach includes the geothermal installation and the recuperation of materials in a circular approach for a greener construction process. Tervuren Square consists of two separate buildings for a total surface area of 13.000 m², of which 2.000 m² accommodate offices, right in the heart of the project.  The first building is a high-end circular renovation, while the second is a new construction built using rescued materials, with both projects providing premium living experiences.
