The Platinum

The TOCOPRO building was built in 1973 with a typical and interesting architecture from this period. Having hosted for more than 35 years the services of Ministry of Finances it required a well deserved complete refurbishment.

With the talent of the studio ARCHI 2000, this building - renamed THE PLATINUM - experiences a second life and instantly bacam a landmark building on the prestigious Avenue Louise.

More than 12 years later THE PLATINUM remains a reference in terms of successful renovation. This project won the price of the Best Refurbishment in Europe (category offices).
