The Royal

Initially hosting the headquarters of the famous Belgian optical firm Van Hopplynus, the project Royal has experienced the challenge of reconversion, as the original structure has been maintained, and the use of the premises has been converted in a mix project comprising flats, student housing, studios and retail.

The inner garden has been created by knocking down a covered parking, creating a real green lung in this very urban environment.

This project has been developed in partnership with Galika Human Estate, and has been designed by Art & Build. The general contractor was CIT Blaton.
