Our usual partner ALVA developed this project comprising 62 apartments of varying sizes (studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom) each with access to a shared common basement with 69 parking spaces for cars and 5 for motorcycles. An additional 13 outdoor parking spaces are available in open-ground areas.
